Dr. Charles Matarazzo
Dr. Charles Matarazzo, a proud native of northern New Jersey, founded with a clear mission: to redefine the dental experience by creating patient-centered practices that offer truly comprehensive care. With an expertly trained team, a welcoming atmosphere, and a commitment to honest, transparent communication, Dr. Matarazzo strives to deliver the highest standard of care to every patient.
Dr. Matarazzo’s journey into dentistry is deeply rooted in his early experiences working at his father’s dental laboratory. This hands-on background provided him with a unique clinical understanding of the craftsmanship and precision required to achieve outstanding patient outcomes. He pursued his dental education at Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, where he graduated cum laude. Following dental school, he completed a rigorous general practice residency at the NJ VA Hospital in East Orange. During his residency, he gained advanced training in implant dentistry, endodontics, and oral surgery while serving the men and women who have bravely served our country.
Dr. Matarazzo has since dedicated himself to continuous learning, expanding his expertise from preventive care to complex full-mouth rehabilitations. He is extensively trained in both the surgical and restorative aspects of implant dentistry & bone grafting including utilization of PRF enhanced healing technology and was awarded a Fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in recognition of his exceptional skill and dedication. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and compassionate bedside manner, he has built a reputation for excellence in both clinical outcomes and patient care.
Beyond his practice, Dr. Matarazzo is committed to shaping the future of dentistry. He serves as an attending dentist at Overlook Hospital’s Residency Program, where he mentors aspiring dentists as well as provides annual lectures to the NJ Veterans Hospital Residents on guided implant surgery. He is a KOL or “key opinion leader” of two major implant companies, helping shape future advancements in both implantology and radiographic diagnostics utilizing AI software. He envisions the continued growth of to provide even more comprehensive care to patients across the region. To support this vision, Dr. Matarazzo has implemented a fully equipped digital laboratory within the practice. This state-of-the-art lab allows for the in-house fabrication of crowns, bridges, veneers, implant surgical guides, implant prosthetics, clear aligners, retainers, and more. By seamlessly integrating advanced technology and team collaboration, ensures the highest level of precision and quality for even the most complex cases.
Dr. Matarazzo is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. His passion for innovation, education, and patient care drives him to continuously push the boundaries of what is possible in modern dentistry.
Dr. Stephen Feuer
Dr. Stephen Feuer has been a trusted and compassionate dentist serving the Denville community for over 30 years. A graduate of the prestigious Columbia University Dental School, Dr. Feuer further honed his skills and expertise by completing a General Practice Residency at Morristown Memorial Hospital.
Known for his warm bedside manner and unwavering commitment to his patients, Dr. Feuer approaches every case with the care and attention he would give to his own family. His decades of experience and dedication to excellence have made him a beloved figure in the community.

Dr. Jonathan Cook
Dr. Jonathan Cook, originally from the south coast of England, brings a warm, personable approach to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s needs. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from The Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University and completed his residency at Bellevue Hospital, where he gained extensive experience across diverse clinical settings.
Dr. Cook is recognized for his calm demeanor, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to patient comfort. He prioritizes clear communication and thoughtful treatment planning to ensure patients feel informed and confident in their care. Whether providing routine preventive services or more advanced procedures, Dr. Cook is dedicated to delivering a seamless, stress-free experience grounded in clinical excellence.
